LADY NORA features

Built in aluminium with a semi-displacement hull, the LADY NORA Yacht’s naval architecture was custom-designed by Broward. Her sleek all-white exterior highlights her clean lines and well-proportioned profile while oversized windows across the decks add to her overall aesthetic appeal.

Powered by twin Detroit 16V 149TIB engines with three Kohler generators, LADY NORA cruises comfortably at twelve knots. Thanks to her 2.9m draft, she can cruise even the shallowest cruising grounds ensuring you can explore remote charter destinations across the globe.

Impeccably maintained by her current Owner and crew, the LADY NORA Yacht has undergone extensive service and maintenance. Since 2018 she has undergone a full paint job, replacement of all the decks, installation of a forced air ventilation system, ventilation system, including new chillers, a full refit of the crew quarters and galley and a face lift to all interior spaces including new ceiling panels and lighting system.

The ideal yacht to experience the outdoor lifestyle, LADY NORA offers a wealth of exterior living areas across her three decks with notable highlights including a lounge/dining area on the main deck aft, a comfortable seating area on the upper deck aft and a forward-facing lounge in the bow which can be covered with a sunshade during the heat of the day.

The best seat in the house can be found up on LADY NORA’s sundeck which offers panoramic views of the ocean. The perfect space for entertaining, the forward section of the sundeck is fitted with sunpads plus a spacious Jacuzzi pool for relaxing after-hours. Aft of the Jacuzzi is a versatile lounge/dining area with a bimini top to protect you from the sun.

Light and open, the LADY NORA yacht interior is equally impressive, boasting a spacious open layout that can accommodate a large number of guests. Finished with a neutral colour palette, light oak veneer cabinetry is balanced with mid-grey flooring while oversized windows allow an abundance of natural light to flood the interior space.

On the main deck, a vast full-beam salon comprises a wet bar, lounge space and a formal dining area for up to thirteen guests. Forward of the salon, open stairs lead up to the skydeck above where you’ll find a second lounge area with a games table plus open views of the ocean in all directions.

LADY NORA’s staterooms were updated in 2022 by Spanish yacht design studio BYD and features chic white décor to emphasise the feeling of space and natural light onboard. The stylish Master suite is located forward on the main deck and features oak panelling with warm ambient lighting to create a haven of peace for you and your guests.

The LADY NORA Yacht’s guest accommodation includes two double staterooms and two twin staterooms including a children’s suite which was carefully redesigned by Spanish yacht design studio BYD to include Pullman bunks, hanging bunks and built-in storage. All of the guest accommodation also enjoys ensuite bathroom facilities.

Since the delivery of LADY NORA by Broward in 1998 (originally built as COCOA BEAN), features from her garage to her wheelhouse have been refit, upgraded, or re-decorated.

Refit Works Aboard the LADY NORA Yacht

LADY NORA’s current captain took command in early 2018. Since then, he has diligently spent each winter season focusing on a different area of the vessel to refit, at the same time as addressing overall maintenance with rigour.

Winter 2018-2019: complete replacement of all decks in teak; full paint job; hull insulation removed for new primer; full refit of all crew quarters; laundry upgrade
Winter 2019-2020: guest cabin redecoration; forced air ventialiation system installation; new ceramic coating to the hull
Winter 2020-2021: new lighting system; ceiling panels replaced throughout; wheelhouse refit; AV upgrades
Winter 2021-2022: the Lady Nora Yacht saw a refit of the master cabin; refit of kitchen galley including new layout and electrical wiring
Winter 2022-2023: new AC station; replacement refrigeration units; engine room equipment assessment and changeover; new ceramic coating to the hull
