The founder of SuperYachtsMonaco in 2008 Jim has two decades of experience in the yachting industry.

From the Maldives to Monaco, from crew member and dive master to Managing Director of a successful brokerage company, his depth of knowledge of the market and operations on board is globally respected.

An expert in the field of large yacht construction and superb explorer yacht projects, Jim's open character ensures that clients are always at ease discussing their biggest ideas and wildest yachting dreams with him.

Having been around yachts since age 6, Alex left the UK in 1989 to pursue opportunities to the South of France, working as a crew member for the following 11 years. In 2000, Alex leapt at the opportunity to sell the Ferretti Group products for the next 5 years. In 2005 he made the switch to Yacht Broker. Alex’s skills of communication, negotiation, ethics and balanced / pragmatic attitude have served his clients well over the years. In addition to the sale and purchase of new and used yachts, Alex loves new construction projects also, having completed almost 400 metres-worth of delivered projects over the years for various clients who have kindly entrusted him with such responsibilities. One of the three partners who run and operate SuperYachtsMonaco, Alex’s now 32 years in the industry, clean reputation, transparent manner and likeable character are a great asset for any person wanting to employ his and our services.

With almost 20 years as a superyacht broker based in the South of France and Monaco, James is highly focused and experienced in the realm of large yacht sales & purchase.

Known for his discretion and diligence on behalf of owners and buyers alike, clients are reassured that their interests are well served through his global networks and in-depth knowledge of the industry.

James began his career in London with a 5 year stint as a successful shipbroker. Moving to sunnier climes in 2001 focusing on superyacht brokerage and new construction with a large yachting company, before moving to SuperYachtsMonaco in 2010 as a Director. James is an MYBA committee member and trusted by both clients and colleagues.

A founding member of the SuperYachtsMonaco team, Ewa has in-depth knowledge of the company's logistics and ethos. As the Chief Financial Officer she naturally has a strong grip of all matters administrative and is also a sought after Charter Broker.

With a career that has seen her based in Jersey, the UK, her native Poland, France and Monaco, her knowledge of finance & administration spans many jurisdictions. Ewa's direct and detailed approach is appreciated by both suppliers and charter clients alike.

Chloe manages the SuperYachtsMonaco charter fleet, bringing to bear her innate organisational and communications skills. Chloe began her yachting career in 2012, gaining her industry knowledge in a large yacht brokerage and manufacturer before moving to SuperYachtsMonaco.

Before joining SuperYachtsMonaco, Anastasia worked as a senior crew agent, where she liaised between yacht owners, captains and crew for last minute requests all over the world, in both English and Russian.

Prior to that, Anastasia studied and worked in London for 8 years, where she graduated with a first-class university degree and worked at the world’s leading pharmaceutical company, Pfizer.

With experience in luxury retail, a degree in International Relations and an affinity for the South of France, Georgia’s highly efficient working style puts her business, marketing & social media skills to perfect use in the superyacht environment.

Anna began her yachting career as a charter and sales assistant in a Monaco-based company in 2013. Before venturing into yachting, Anna received a Master’s degree in Linguistics and worked as a teacher of English and French in Russia.

Christopher left his finance career in Russia to join the team in 2015. Passionate with all things yachting from the technical side to exploring and incentivizing an owner’s unique perspective and vision. Christopher’s approach is with an open mind and close attention to requirements.

Originally from Denmark, Stig has been based in Monaco since 2017 specialising in yacht sales and charter. Thorough and disciplined by nature and a former professional athlete, Stig brings with him a competitive mindset that always focuses on benefiting his clients interest, whether it being on or off market transactions. 

Having worked in yachting since 2004, engaging in a variety of sectors within the industry, Juan now focuses his expertise on yacht brokerage. Originally from Vigo, Spain, Juan was practically born into yacht brokerage and is our resident expert on the Latin American market as well as being the President of the Monaco YPY Association.

Simon began his career as a yacht broker in 2002, since then, his focus and expertise has been on large yacht charters and sales.

Chris joined the yachting industry in 2001 and has since been deeply involved in all aspects of the yacht charter business. His experience and knowledge of yachts, crews and destinations along with his acute attention to detail results in the perfect charter experience.

Thor began his career in 2000 in shipping, focusing on both the purchase and charter of ships and new build projects. His passion for all things nautical has led him to the world of yachting.

Nick was introduced to the yachting industry when first organising the Nice Superyacht Show and the Monaco Yacht Show. He has been involved in yacht charter and sales for the last 20 years.

Growing up on the South Coast of England, racing on the Solent, Tom comes from a yacht brokerage family. Having worked in London for 7 years, Tom has a wealth of knowledge of both motor and sailing yachts.

With a decade of yacht charter management experience and a family owned yacht for the last 25 years, Lars brings a wealth of experience to the SuperYachtsMonaco team. Based in Copenhagen, he will primarily look after our Nordic clients, focusing on charter and sales.

After 25 years of experience in the yachting world, including winning the Round Britain Power Boat Race, Vassilis joined SYM in 2012 and is based in Greece.

With over 11 years experience as a retail charter broker, Maria brings a wealth of knowledge across brokerage and yacht consulting to her role at SuperYachtsMonaco. For all your yacht charter aspirations from Antarctica to Tanzania, Maria is ready to assist.
