Welcoming the newest yacht to our fleet, BERZINC, built in steel and aluminium by Spanish shipyard Astilleros de Mallorca, to Bureau Veritas classifications. 44m BERZINC is a fully rebuilt classic motor yacht who has managed to retain all of her original charm. Launched in 1977, BERZINC was taken to the Balk Shipyard in Holland from 2004 to 2007 where she was completely gutted before being sandblasted back to bare metal and rebuilt from the hull up, in partnership with naval architects Navirex and designer Felix Buitendijk. After being fitted with a new keel and a new flybridge, BERZINC’s hull and stern were also lengthened to create a spacious family yacht with accommodation for up to twelve guests onboard overnight.
BERZINC’s strong lines and classic profile are accentuated by her two-tone colour scheme. Powered by twin MTU 8V4000 engines, she cruises comfortably at 12 knots and is equipped with zero-speed stabilisers for maximum comfort.
Featuring an open-concept layout, BERZINC’s vast full-beam salon is finished in chic white with dark hardwood flooring. Spacious and bright thanks to large windows running the length of the room, the salon features a contemporary lounge plus a formal dining area for ten with a bar. Stairs lead up from the main deck to the skylounge which is set up as a cosy lounge space with a comfortable L-shaped seating area.
Located forward on the main deck, BERZINC’s stylish full-beam master suite is light and open with a king-size bed and a spa-inspired bathroom equipped with a bathtub and walk-in shower. The guest accommodation is situated on the lower deck and includes two double and two twin staterooms, each of which has an additional Pullman berth. Each of the staterooms is equipped with a full entertainment system and enjoys ensuite bathroom facilities.
BERZINC’s light-filled interior is more than matched by her expansive exterior living areas which feature multiple options for socialising or dining al fresco. An oversized bathing platform offers easy access to the water when swimming or launching the yacht toys while BERZINC’s versatile sundeck is designed as an open space that can be used for sunbathing, dining, or simply relaxing with friends.
