Inspired by waterfront living in a luxury beach house, 40m BEACHOUSE’s contemporary interior is more than matched by her spacious decks and vast exterior living spaces. A high-performance charter yacht with two powerful MTU diesel engines, BEACHOUSE flies over the waves with an impressive top speed of 30 knots.

Featuring a comfortable modern interior, BEACHOUSE has four generously-sized staterooms on the lower deck, with accommodation for 10 guests. Featuring a lounge area with a Plasma TV and entertainment system, the master suite opens into a stunning ensuite bathroom with a steam bath and rain shower.
BEACHOUSE’s stylish guest accommodation includes also a VIP stateroom, a double cabin and a twin cabin with an additional Pullman bed. Each cabin has an individual colour scheme and is equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BEACHOUSE also has accommodation for her professional six-person crew on the lower deck.

On the main deck of BEACHOUSE, a vast open-plan salon is set up for entertaining with a cocktail bar and a large seating area grouped around a Plasma TV. A built-in credenza separates the salon from BEACHOUSE’s formal dining area, which can seat up to 12 guests. A retractable roof opens up overhead for starlit night time cruising. On the lower deck, stairs lead down to a lounge/media room with a state-of-the-art entertainment system. The lower lounge is also a great spot for after-dinner drinks.

Full-length sliding doors connect the salon with BEACHOUSE’s huge covered aft deck. Built-in seating is grouped around a large dining table while a lounge space with customised LED floor lighting. Down at water level, twin stairs lead down to BEACHOUSE’s extended bathing platform. In the bow, a second alfresco dining area features built-in seating plus a large table. A huge forward-facing triple sunpad can be shaded from the sun during the daytime or opened up once evening falls.

Packed with a fully updated collection of toys and tenders, BEACHOUSE’s extensive toy box now includes a 33ft Scorpion chase tender (Bahamas season only), a Williams 550 DieselJet, two Seadoo Sparks, two SeaBobs, an electric foil board, paddleboards, wakeboards, water skis, towing inflatables, snorkelling sets, fishing gear, and a wide range of onboard fitness equipment.
